Creative MuVo

:o I am trying to open an installation CD for a Creative MuVo mp3 player. I cannot get my computer to recognize the CD - nothing comes up at all when I click on the drive. I have downloaded all updates as advised by the Creative technical support people and still nothing. Any ideas would be welcome! :) :)

I had the same problem before.
The drive recognised the cd but didn't star the setup. What i did was right click on the drive and select open, then just double-click a file named setup or something (i don't remember the name. any doughts read the file autorun.inf)
If the drive does not recognise the cd try another drive.

What os are you using, and Try right clicking on the drive in question to see if it shows anything, also try opening the CD in another Computer, regardless of your os try and go to system properties and click on Hardware decices to see if there are any conflicts with the drive itself as the device may be bad or not connected even.

BTW. If you use WMP 10 you don't need the Creative software to synchronize it with the computer.
