Win RAR problems, im trying to extract a file more than 4000mb

hey, please help me i use winRAR frequently and whenever i try to extract something more than 4000mb it wont let me, i know that it is possible to can you please tell me how to do it, i win windows xp btw if that helps

If your hard drive is Fat32 then You can't extract it in FAT32, FAT32 has a limit of 4GB for files. You have to convert the hard drive to NTFS thru the command prompt in XP. To extract that file. There are precautions you need to take before doing this, Read Here .
