What exactly are you looking for in an affilate? Or are you wanting to improve the affilate sales for the programs you are in already?

I am interested in having people sell stuff for my company. So obviously, I would like to learn a decent amount about it first....

Oh, ok. There are threads on DigitalPoint about this. I've never really read them however because I don't have the need.
