i like this. wonder if it can be tweaked for what i need tho.

I want to have timers with links to forum threads. The timers should be vertical, but below the banner.

It would be cool if the timer could take ALL the count down data from the Title of the thread itself.

I also would need to be able to click on the Text that was to be displayed so that It would go back to the forum thread.

I would also like to show the importance level on it as well. Simply by a title prefix. Color is based off of what was typed.

ex. thread title
8/8/2011 2000 - Its time to do this!

ex. title prefix
CTA
OP

ex. below banner visual
Its time to do this! (but clickable to the thread) - 8/8/2011 - 1 day, 5 hours, 33 Minutes

So in total It would look like this below my banner, but above all my nav menus.

CTA - Its time to do this! - 8/8/2011 - 1 day, 5 hours, 33 Minutes
OP - Its time to do this! 8/8/2011 - 1 day 5, hours, 33 minutes

If anybody could help me out with this, I would greatly appreciate it!!!!!!!!! I really need this

You need to parse a lot of info from the thread title and that info had better be formatted correctly, which you can't count on humans to do.

This is just some simple math based on a date set from a calendar input field.

only 2 or 3 people will have ability to post titles.

Is this possible to still do? I have no idea how to do any of this =/

Oh, it's possible, but a bit of work. Without coding experience especially.

Check out vbulletin.org and this. http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?p=1047676

That's a nice script and all, but that is not what I'm looking for. I do not intend to use the calendar at all. I'd gladly pay ya if you got the time to script this =]
