Hey guys, last week on Friday I bought the greatest RPG i've played so far in my life (well next to the Baldur's Gate Saga). And that game is called WoW (lol world .of.warcraft.)!

Here's the main site for information about the game:
http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/

So if anyone plays or wants to start playing you should totally hit me up on the Realm Lothar (Alliance of Course ;) ) The name's Terradin (so far she's a human female Paladin lvl23 woo!)

Edit: Fun music video for you Old school metallica fans and to just show you what the game is like in action ;)

I have a hard enough time running my real life let alone a game where you have to manage it in almost real time.

I prefer shoot um up "run~shoot~kill" mayhem like Unreal Tournament for simple stress relief!

i know what u mean brother i work 10 hours all week. really cuts into my playing time. Let me ask you a question my computers been giving me the blue window and crashing after i play a game so im buying another graphics card and power supply i have a compaq evo with xp professional teh gtraphichs card was 70 bucks after taxes and shipping from best buy, (its a e-Geforce fx 5500 agp its the cheapest i could find to replace the one that came with the computer. I just bought a power supply and hookded it up tonight but it wont power my comp, i hooked it up teh same way the otehr power supply did i also got it at best buy it is (Dynex 400 watt). So ive gone from 225w to 400w, tell me if this is going to solve my crashing problem?? and if you think its a good start i plan to build my g/f comp into a powerhouse for video, audio and gaming.

and help is appreciated

well its surely not gonna hurt thats for sure.

You always get what you pay for. But making a budget minded purchase might be a good thing if the games you are playing are a few years old. But dont expect to play the latest thing on the shelves with a 70 dollar video card and all settings max'd out on it.

You can diagnose the BSOD if you write down the numbers and post here on the forums or google an return code yourself.

goodluck

i would very much like to do that, but please tell me how to get the codes, were to find them. Some IT guy said with the current motherboard i have that i probly couldnt upgrade it any better unless i have a pci express slot.Im trying to build the computer up and i dont know much ive contacted the manufacture and they wont provide me with support because the warranty is out, i need to find out which componenets are compatible, does anyone think i should just get a newer motherboard??

--thanks zero for all the help--

Oddly enough, I used to post on this board a few years back and wound up playing Wow so much I lost track of almost anything else on the Internet.
